Update on the Bell Tower

The Bell Tower is set to begin construction in Summer 2018!

President of Cotton Mill Cornwall Inc. Mr. Robert Pelda:

'The Tarion New Home Warranty application has been sumbmitted. The site plan has been submitted to the City of Cornwall. These are two major milestones. It will take approximately 60 days to receive the Tarion Common Element number. Both must be in place to move forward with signing Purchase and Sale Agreements. The contracts are prepared and awaiting this critical information. We anticipate begining execution of all the contracts in July.

To date we have spent 1 million dollars completing site services and engineering including: the Electrical Service, the underground sewers, and the storm water sewer to McConnell St. These services and the environmental remediation total over 2 million dollars invested on the site to date.

The Cotton Mill is an enormous undertaking, we can appreciate that at times construction appears stagnant but this is incorrect; we have a large staff working every day on preconstruction development. Since 2010 we have completed over 80 beautiful condos and 50,000 square feet of commercial renovations including a 120 car parking lot.

The Bell Tower will be a spectacular building. Construction will take 20 - 24 months to complete. 90 days are scheduled for move ins. Please remain positive and patient. We appreciate that every Bell Tower client has invested in our next phase because they understand and believe in the vision of a great waterfront community.

Together we will achieve this goal.'
